Delete your Proof Moose data

There's no account to delete

Proof Moose has no accounts, no sign-in and no server. Your jobs, photos, signatures, reports, clients, checklists and business details are stored only on your phone. We never receive them, so we hold nothing about you that needs deleting.

Delete everything from your phone

• Open Proof Moose Trades and go to Settings → Delete all data.
• Type DELETE to confirm, then tap Delete everything.
• Proof Moose erases everything it stored on the phone and closes. This can't be undone.

You can also uninstall Proof Moose Trades, or go to Android Settings → Apps → Proof Moose Trades → Storage → Clear storage. Both delete the same data.

Copies you made yourself

Backups, reports and evidence packages you saved or shared (for example to Google Drive or by email) aren't on the phone, so deleting the app's data doesn't remove them. Delete them where you saved them.

Your subscription

Deleting data doesn't cancel Proof Moose Pro. Cancel it in Google Play → Payments and subscriptions. Google Play keeps its own purchase records under Google's privacy policy.
